Summer Support Opportunity – HR Tech & Customer Success
What You’ll Be Doing in Our Teamtailor Support Role
- Delivering exceptional customer support by resolving queries via chat and email 💬
- Helping users navigate and maximise Teamtailor’s recruitment platform 🔍
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating software bugs when necessary 🐞
- Collecting feedback from customers to help us improve our product and support service ⭐
- Collaborating closely with our support and product teams to find creative solutions 🔗
Key Responsibilities – Customer Support and SaaS Problem-Solving Experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests
- Document and track support cases accurately using our systems
- Assist the onboarding team with basic technical questions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote work environment
Who We’re Looking For – Skills & Qualifications for Summer Support
- Strong communication skills (English required, other languages a plus)
